In addition, written report shall be submitted to the dept within 7 Director states meeting will be held with staff on 1/28/26 regarding unusual incidents as deemed reported by title 22 regulations as well as activities in regulations. Director provided LPA Rodriguez on 11/20/25 the agenda and sign in sign out sheet for the meeting which took place on 11/19/25 regarding personal rights and interference with a childs eating. Director states the staff handbook is currently being updated to include verbiage Based on observation, interview and record review, the facility did not meet the needs of children in care when they did not allow sufficient time for eating lunch, which poses an immediate Health, Safety or Personal Rights risks to persons in care. regarding personal rights and interference with a childs eating and activities.
