Mrs. Ferris was provided an outline of IMS plan of operation today. She will submit an IMS plan of operation no later than 8/6/21. Based on LPA's review of children's files and medication storage, it was determined that the facility is maintaining an Epi-pen for a child in attendance. Facility do not have an IMS (Incidental Medical Services) Plan of Operation.
