Director stated she would provide a staff training to review personal rights regulations and send LPA a meeting agenda and staff attendance sheet via e-mail. All staff shall receive the training. Based upon interviews with children, staff members and parents of enrolled children, it was found that 4 out of 6 children stated they had witnessed a teacher grabbing a child by the arm in a forceful manner which is a potential health, safety and personal rights risk to children in care.
