  Director stated she will review and retrain all infant staff on Infant sleep regulations and provide proof of training by providing an outline or summary of training with signatures of all infant staff participation and provide to the Department by 7/19/24. Based on the information obtained during investigation interviews with staff and parents it is determined that there have been occasions infants under 12 months have been permitted to sleep on their sides or stomach prior to their LIC 9227 section C completed which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
