The licensee agrees to submit an LIC 9275 and LIC 9276 by 9/30. Both faucets have been removed from drinking use. Faucet A is in a classroom that is not in use. By faucet C the licensee posted a non drinking sign above the faucet . Based on record review, the facility had 2 faucet(s) that exceeded that allowable levels of lead in the water. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care. The licensee replaced the faucet piece but it still tested above parameters so other steps are being taken.
