There were supplies stacked in totes with missing lids leaning against a storage rack. The restroom floors were sticky and debris under the changing table pad. A play kitchen contained an unknown substance in the sink and a soiled rag laying on top. LPA observed other play houses that were covered in dust and contained bird droppings/ feces which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
