Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed a child inside an infant rocking chair ("rock and play" style) and observed a jumper/excersaucer in the living room. LPA also observed a rose bosh that had multiple sharp thorns in the accessible play yard. Licensee confirmed the observations.
