Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Today, LPA observed an approximately 3-foot lattice style wooden fence and wooden post that was connected adjacently to the iron pool gate. This created a potential for children to climb over the iron gate. In addition, there was a patio furniture style side table next to the iron gate adding another climbing potential. Licensee confirmed the observation and indicated that she agreed it was a hazard. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 03/02/2023
