Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Today, LPA observed that the rod iron gate that was previously in place making the pool inaccessible was taken down and placed on the side of the home. Licensee confirmed that the pool gate was temporarily removed this week to complete cement work in the area. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
