Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA Ocegueda observed that the kitchen walls had multiple smudge stains, splatter stains and looked generally unclean. Other surfaces in the kitchen also appeared unclean (stove, and counters) with excess smudges and old food particles. There were multiple wall outlets that did not have safety covers in the kitchen and living room. There were two car seats in the living room today which were accessible to infants and children. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 12/01/2023
