It was observed that the kitchen counters had multiple objects, food products, pots, pans and dishes. It was difficult for LPA to inspect the counters due to the excess clutter and food debris. In the day care room, LPA observed that the two pack and plays were stained and dirty. Licensee stated that she had not washed them.
