Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. In an accessible kitchen bottom cabinet, LPA observed multiple cleaning products including Ajax brand cleaning powder, 409 brand disinfectant spray, Clorox brand wipes and other unlabeled spray bottles with liquid inside.
