  Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed chipped paint in the children's restroom above the sink, on the children's restroom door, and on the wall of the front classroom. The cabinets and drawers in the kitchen were not operable. The drawers could not be slid open and the cabinet doors were not secured on the hinges which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 09/29/2025
