On 9/24/2022, LPA Ocegueda observed several cleaning products/liquids under the unlocked/accessible kitchen sink. There was also insect spray in the yard. There were no children in care today. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 09/30/2022
