Supervisor states she will have a plan written up of the steps she will take to ensure any medical documents for any child is updated and available and the steps for a back up plan when a staff member is late or out sick who is in charge of administering medication timely. A child was not given a G-tube at the time documented per her doctors request due to her LVN arriving late to the facility. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
