Per Director, facility maintenance was contacted and on their way today to cap off the 'B' outlet. Per Director they will not be using the water fountains as they provide bottled water. Director will take photo of capped water fountain and email picture to LPA by 3/19/24. Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as one outlet (left water fountain located in toddler classroom 3) out of three outlets tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE).
