This requirment was not met as evidenced by Per Director: Car seats will be kept in the main room not in the infant room. Staff will watch personal rights video on https://ccld.childcarevideos.org/ Director and staff will write a decleration with plans implemented for this not to happen again. Declerations will be submitted to LPA Based on LPA’s observations and interviews conducted staff utilized infant's car seat outside of the manufacturer's instructions Staff transported infant in an unsafe manner. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.
