LPA observed that the facility has made the affected faucet “D” inaccessible by taping it off and posting a sign the reads, "out of order". D1 stated that the facility has replace the faucet, is flushing it and plans to retest, submitting results to LPA at amy.strother@dss.ca.gov by 02/12/23. Based on record review, the facility had one faucet (Site “D”) that exceeded the allowable levels of lead in the water (5.6ppb). This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
