The facility shall remove the curtain immediately. During today's inspection, LPAs brought it to the attention of the Director, the curtain was removed and made inaccessible to children. LPAs observed multiple staples on a curtain covering a bookshelf that was accessible to children. POC was cleared and clearance letter was provided.
