LPAs contacted Oakland Regional Office and confirmed both have working and eligible clearance. Support Staff helped transfer both clearances and associate them to license during LPAs visit. Per inspection, 2 staff KELLIE HERNANDEZ and MALIYA MANNING present today, providing supervision, were not associated to license. Both have been working for more than 5 days. This posed a potential risk to safety of children in care. By 2/12/24 Director will send a written statement ensuring how facility will be in compliance with this regulation.
