Based on interviews with staff and children, and documentation gathered from the The director stated that the staff #1 who violated the child #1's personal rights will no longer work at this facility. As of today's inspection, the facility has determined that this staff #1 will be transferred to a nearby Kindercare facility and complete a Positive Child Guidance Training. The director will also be addressing personal rights with all staff facility LPA determined that staff #1 aggressively grabbed a child by the arm, moved them to another part of the classroom against their will, and yelled at this child. This child became distraught, cried, and vomitted as result of these actions. This is an immediate threat to this child's health, safety, and personal rights. at the facility. Proof of this meeting will be submitted to LPA once this has been completed. By 8/10/22, director will email LPA a plan for when this will be conducted and what will be covered.
