101223(a)(1) · 101223 Personal Rights (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. This requirement has not been met as evidenced by By COB 03/07/2025, Director stated they will coach staff on a team and indivdual basis, have staff watch a video on personal rights, sign an ancknowledgement, hold a staff meeting and submit meeting agenda and sign in sheet to licensing.

Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when mulitple staff has yelled at children which poses an potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected.
