(1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. This requirement is not me at evidenced by Point- of use- filters were installed on faucets mentioned above- all faucets were re-tested on 06/13/2023- the facility has results showing no exeedance. (SWRCB), Division of Drinking Water (DDW) on 7/15/2024 still show a lead exeedance. Facility will follow up with lab- LPA will follow up with water board. Based on ispection, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as that Sink faucet A and C tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE) of 6.100 and 6.500 ppb.
