LPA observed Licensee update the child care roster with the current children's names and parent/guardian phone numbers. Lcensee will complete the update with children's birthdates and send LPA Stewart a photo of the completed roster on or befor 9/17/2021. Based on interview and record review, the children present today were not listed on the facility roster (LIC9040) which poses a potential risk to the health and/or safety of children in care.
