Per Site Supervisor, they will host a staff meeting to review and conduct training on Personal Rights. Staff will sign an attendance sheet. Meeting agenda and copy of signed attendance sheet will be submitted to LPA. Staff will also watch the Personal RIghts video on: Based on interview, Licensee did not ensure personal rights were not violated, as Staff #3 forcefully lifted Child 1's face and yelled at them.
