Per Director, they will have a staff meeting disscusing licensing visit and regulation violated and watch personal rights video on ccld.childcarevideos.org. Meetings minutes and signing sheet will be provided. Staff # 1 and # 2 will write a decleration on what they learned and their plan moving forward. Staff # 1 disclosed covering child's # 1 mouth to keep child from speaking also grabbing child by the lapel of jacket, which poses a potential risk for children in care.

Per Director, they will put out an email to let parents know they can come into the facility if they would like to. Director will send me a copy of the email that goes out to parents, by POC date. Based on interview and record review, Licensee did not ensure that parents were allowed to enter the facility during the COVID Pandemic. Parents are to be allowed entrance into the facility as it is their right as an authorized representative. This posed a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights of children in care.
