Per Assistant director, the faucet has been replaced for remediation. At this time, the facility will submit proof of new water sampling appointment to LPA by POC date. Test results will be submitted to LPA when available. Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not ensure that water outlet (Room 3 water faucet) with lead exceedance, were made inaccessible to children in care.
