Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed CLOROX bleach, GAIN detergent, Febreeze odor eliminator in an accessible closet in the hallway and hygiene products such as toothpaste, mouthwash, facial cleansing pads, and razors in the restroom. There were also knives accessible to children in care in the kitchen which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 07/03/2025
