LPAs observed spider webs on window sills and corner walls, along with spider webs and dead flies. Dust and dirt were present on children's furniture. LPAs also observed dead bugs, spider webs, and dirt and grime underneath the classroom sink, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. observation. Upon inspection of the play yard, LPA observed bird fececes on multiple wooden benches Site Supervisor stated she would inform the janitor to clean the benches regularly. A photo will be sent to Community Care Licensing Office as proof that the benches were cleaned by POC due date: 9/16/2021.
