Director provided information on actions taken or will be taken by the facility. LPA determined the information provided is sufficient to clear the deficiency. Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as a child was left unsupervised in the classroom, which posed an immediate threat to the health and safety of the child in care. LPA is requesting for director to email copy of agenda and signed acknowledgment after the all staff meeting is held.
