, based on the record review in the facility’s admission agreement, a statement under “rest period” (which means sleep period) stated that “all children will participate in a rest period, and on the LPA’s conducted interview, it confirmed that the children’s were “forced” to only stay in the “napping area” during sleep periods LPA and the Licensee discussed to update the facility’s admission agreement and will provide a copy to LPA.
