Director had already conducted an all staff meeting to review Supervision Policies and Procedures. Director will send acknowledgments signed by staff to LPA. Director will also meet with staff involved in the incident on 03/06/2026, and written reports will also be sent to LPA. Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as one (1) child was left unattended in the yard, which poses an immediate health, safety, and/or personal rights risk to persons in care.
