This was not met as evidenced by…. Licensee had the wood removed during inspection, and will have the debris, weeds in the outdoor area removed and photos sent to LPA Flores via email by 4/03/24. Licensee will have the yellow picnic table closer to the playground area on 3/27/24. Based on LPAs observations there was wooden logs with splinters and left over plywood leaning against the fence and dry brush and debris in and around the playground area, easily accessible to children in care.
