  Teacher #1 will receive training on Redirecting Behavior: How to Deal with Challenging Behavior, and will send proof of completion to LPA Tamayo no later than 09/20/2025 Assistant Teacher #1 did not observe Teacher #1 slap the hand of child #1, however Teacher #1 did pull a book out of child #1 hand in an aggressive manner, which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
