  Per director, they have coordinated with the school district facilities to remove the sink permanently. The children are currently using bottled water for ingestion. The facility will send confirmation of the sink removal no later than 03/3/2023 Based on results received from the certified water samplers, the facility exceeded 5.5 ppb of lead in their water source. Once recieved, the facility took immediate and proper actions to remediate the fixtures. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
