Deficient Practice Statement Based on record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee had assistant #2 care for children today for approximately 15 minutes while she went to pick children up from school. Per licensee, assistant #2 was used today for an emergency as her regular assistant could not work today. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
