Director met with staff and had them sign stating they will follow new procedure when taking children to the bathroom from 3:30pm-6:00pm. Based on interviews conducted with S1-S3, it was determined that C1 was in classroom A2's bathroom unsupervised for about 1-2 minutes at 3:45p.m. on 11/14/24.
