Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the faclity is not able to show prrof of water lead testing for their fixutes therefore children are potentially drinking from contaminated water fixutures which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
