Licensee will email LPA Valdez Santana pictures of the home once it has been decluttered. Via email at dianna.valdezsantana@dss.ca.gov by POC due date. This is a repeat violation, Civil Penalty was assessed. Based on LPA’s interviews, S3 and S4 disclosed that there is too much clutter in the home. C1 and S2 disclosed the home is messy and there is too much stuff. One out 3 parents stated concerns over the amount of clutter in the home.

evidenced by Licensee states she will submit a statement of understanding of the regulation regarding Operation of a Family Child Care and a detailed plan of action to ensure supervision for the children in care is provided at all times, to LPA by due date. Both interviewed adults, A1 and A3 admitted that no adult was paying attention to C1 and 2 other children who were playing in the playhouse on the backyard on 08/22/2023, which posed an immediate risk to the health, safety and personal rights of the children in care.
