DIrector reviewed policy regarding labeling all food items. Opening staff receiveing food items that everything is labeled. An agreement letter was sent out to all parents acknowleding all items will be labeled at dorp off with their child. Based on self-reported unusual incident report, observations, interviews with two staff members, it was determined that C1 was fed C2’s jar of cereal with breast milk due to not being labeled as there is an immediate risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
