By POC date, The licensee stated they will submit to licensing a comprehensive training plan to be conducted with all staff by December 4, 2025. The plan will outline internal procedures for medical and/or emergency situations and the regulation cited. All training materials and a staff sign in/out will be submitted to CCL by December 05, 2025. Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when they delayed the time in which a child received medical treatment due to an injury sustained while in care, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
