DIrector states a training on Positive reinforcement and Personal Rights with S1 And a refresher course for all other staff will be conducted and submitted to the dept by POC date 10/6/21 Licensee did not ensure the personal rights of children in care were not violated. Based on interview, LPA found that meals were removed prematurely from children in care. Additionally, S1 was heard and seen speaking inappropriately to children in care. This poses a potential risk to the children in care.

Director states will rewrite "cell phone" policy and have all staff sign in acknowlegment of policy. Additionally Director will train staff on Supervision. This will be submtted to the dept by POC date 10/6/21. Licensee did not ensure proper care and supervision was maintained. Based on interview, staff was found using cell phone during outdoor and indoor activity time. This poses a potential risk to children in care.
