Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above where LPA observed a can of Hot Shot Fogger for bugs and parasites, on the far right corner of the outdoor activity sapce with the childrens toys, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 101212(b) · Reporting Requirements (b) The name of the child care center director, and any fully qualified teacher(s) designated to act in the child care center director's absence, shall be reported to the Department within 10 days of a change of child care center director or designee(s).
