Teacher was placed on administrative leave, then terminated on 10/05/2021. All staff received training on children's personal rights on 10/04/2021. While attempting to remove slime from day care child's hair, a facility staff cut child's hair without parent's prior consultation or consent. Going forward staff has been advised to notify director and parents prior to making such decisions regarding day care children. This deficiency has therefore been corrected.
