  101223(a)(2) · 101223(a)(2) Personal Roghts (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights (2) To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement has not been met as evidenced by The Licensee will implement and submit a plan to require parents to bring extra clothes and to also ensure extra clothes are in both girl’s and boy’s bins to ensure future compliance with the above regulation. The Licensee will submit proof to the Department by 02/20/2026.
