Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by ensuring toxic cleaning solutions are not being stored in areas used for food preparation and only being stored in the food storeroom, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Although the staff immediately placed the cleaning solutions in the food storeroom, another analyst spoke to the facility about this same issue during last years annual inspection.
