The facility made the water fountain temporarily inoperable. Director shall send LPA proof of arrangements to replace the fountain or make it permanently inoperable by 9/14/2025. Based on record review it was determined that outlet "L" in Classroom 2 had a lead exceedance measured at 9.7 ppb. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
