102370(d) · 1 (d) All individuals subject to a criminal record review pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.871 shall prior to working, residing, or volunteering in a licensed facility:(1) Obtain a California clearance or a criminal record exemption as required by the Department Leslie Aylin Valdez Navarro must obtain a criminal record clearance before caring for children in the facility.

Based on observation and record review it was determined that an uncleared adult, Leslie Aylin Valdez Navarro, was residing in the home which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of the children in care This must be completed by 08/22/2024.
