Licensee shall remove the infant from the car seat and email the LPA a summary of what was learned in the Safe Sleep regulation provided to the Licensee by 03/08/2024. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one out of one infants were found to be sleeping in their car seat, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
