This requirement has not been met as evidenced by Director is to review reporting requirement regulations and submit a written report on the incident and a statement of understanding to CCL by POC date. Based on an interview there was an incident that happened at the center that was not reported to CCL, which is a potential risk to child in care.

101179(a) · A license shall be issued for a specific capacity, which shall be the maximum number of children that can be cared for at any given time. The Department may issue a license for fewer children than requested. Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section.
